About the Role

We are looking for motivated Clinical Administrator Relievers to join us on a part-time no fixed hours basis.

This role is fast paced and works across varied environments, providing administrative cover in a range of clinical settings across the organisation.

You will have to be available for work over normal business hours between 7:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Assignments may be short-term (e.g. one week) or longer term and could be either full-time or part-time, dependent on the needs of the business. There may also be the possibility of working on the weekends or late shifts depending on the role that is being covered.

About you

  • Applications are invited from skilled and efficient administrators who enjoy variety
  • Successful candidates will be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel plus be able to pick up new computer programs quickly
  • We require highly developed interpersonal skills, positivity, flexibility, accurate data entry skills, good time management skills and able to work both autonomously and in a team
  • A strong customer focus is essential
  • A full day’s work is required for most areas as this role covers planned and unplanned leave

We would prefer it if applicants applying were able to work over school holiday periods.
