In this hands-on, theatre-based role, you’ll work side-by-side with surgeons and clinical staff to provide technical support during trauma procedures. You’ll be a trusted partner in the operating room—helping teams deliver the best outcomes for patients, and supporting the use of Stryker’s market-leading trauma portfolio.
Whether you’re supporting complex procedures, providing training or problem-solving in real time, you’ll be part of something that matters—every day.
What you’ll do:
Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons during trauma procedures
Educate and train hospital staff on Stryker products and techniques
Build strong, trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital teams
Stay up to date on trauma advancements and product knowledge
Support the broader sales team to drive business growth in the region
Adapt quickly to the needs of each theatre environment
Who you are:

Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environments
Quick-thinking, solutions-focused and eager to learn
Previous experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, nursing, biomedical science or similar is an advantage—but full training will be provided
