About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position working 80 hours per fortnight based in the new Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at Tauranga Hospital.
We are looking for a high level of customer service, attention to detail and superb administration skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to pick up industry specific computer programmes, be highly organised and capable of coordinating a variety of tasks simultaneously.

About the Team/Service/Location
The CCU is a busy, acute in-patient unit comprising a clinical team of Medical, Nursing and Allied Health professionals. We provide acute coronary and medical care for up to 20 patients and are located in a newly built ward on the 3rd floor of Tauranga Hospital.

About you
We need you to have an engaging and friendly manner as the first line contact for CCU. Accuracy is important, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Is self aware, empathetic and able to support people through challenging times.
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to details and accuracy and works well under pressure
- Strong time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and the ability to pick up new tasks easily
- Be proactive, energetic and adaptable
