Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced Country Finance Leader to lead our New Zealand and Fiji Finance Team and partner closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic financial outcomes across the region.  
 

Reporting to the Asia Pacific CFO with a matrix reporting line to the New Zealand Pacific General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling commercial decision-making and influencing strategic direction in accordance with GHD’s strategic and financial performance objectives.  
 

As a key member of the New Zealand Pacific Leadership Team, you will drive and influence the commercial outcomes of a matrix organisation with a solution mindset to enable and support bold growth, global collaboration and high-performance outcomes. 
 

Working throughout New Zealand and across the Pacific, together with your colleagues, clients and partners, you'll make an impact that is felt by all as someone who thrives on change and brings a commercial lens to financial operations. See where your commitment could take you.
