An opportunity is available in our Christchurch team for an experienced office based Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping customers and has experience or interest in the Agricultural industry.
Working in our Christchurch office you must have the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships with both internal and external customers. We are looking for strong numerical skills, analytical skills, computer literacy, data entry skills and an ability to efficiently and effectively use databases. You will possess excellent attention to detail with a pro-active approach and a demonstrable ability to achieve results and resolve issues.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player and understands that the customer is always right. They will have the ability to learn complex information quickly and apply this knowledge throughout all facets of the role. This role is pivotal with respect to continuing to maintain a high level of customer service to Agricom customers.
