As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers in this is an entry level position.
Multiple Permanent, Part-Time positions working 21-hours per week

About the Role
From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.
What we are looking for:
Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
We operate 7 days a week, 8.00 am to 5 pm, where we are currently looking to fill the following shifts:
Shift 1
Thursday - 08.00 - 15.30
Friday - 08.00 - 15.30
Saturday - 08.00 - 15.30
Shift 2
Wednesday - 08.00 - 15.30
Thursday - 08.00 - 15.30
Sunday - 08.00 - 15.30
with more hours up for grabs as we come into Summer!
