As a Digital Workplace Engineer, you'll be at the heart of redefining how our teams connect, collaborate, and thrive. From designing seamless experiences across devices to championing solutions that truly empower people - this role is about real impact.
Reporting to the Digital Workplace Manager, you’ll:
- Support and implement digital workplace strategies that enhance productivity and improve the digital experience across Mitre 10
- Drive innovation using Microsoft 365 and modern technologies to deliver secure, scalable solutions, while working closely with stakeholders to ensure digital workspaces are seamless, intuitive, and aligned with business needs.
- Assist with change management initiatives and contribute to training and enablement that simplifies complex tools for everyday people
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure solutions are delivering real value
- Work alongside the Cybersecurity team to deliver secure digital environments and ensure alignment with best practices
- Engage with vendors and partners to support solution delivery and ensure alignment with business needs

What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience deploying and managing Microsoft 365 and a range of SaaS applications across a variety of devices and platforms
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune for secure management of Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android devices in a modern workplace environment
- Microsoft certifications in key areas such as SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure, and Power Platform
- Experience delivering modern workplace transformations — migrating from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 tools like Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Strong understanding of identity and access management using Entra ID across complex organisational structures
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Automation
- A passion for enabling user adoption and driving change through intuitive solutions and clear communication
- A mindset for continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise, and optimise digital workflows
