We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our General Manager of Health & Disability (Enliven) and their management team.
This opportunity will see you coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes. Handle communications including emails and phone calls. Preparation of presentations, reports and other documents. Organise travel arrangements and logistics. Undertake special projects and research as required.
You will sit within our centrally located office and be a pivotal collaborator to a purpose driven leadership team. This opportunity is 6 month fixed term with the possibility of ongoing employment. Fantastic work-life balance with part-time hours 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday.

- Proven Executive Assistant experience
- Ability to develop and review processes
- Natural relationship builder
- Strong attention to detail and well-developed organisation skills
- Excellent technology capability across business applications eg: full Microsoft suite along with SharePoint and client management services
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
