Te Haeata/The Opportunity
Are you a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an experienced Executive Support professional to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leadership team.
In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level executive support primarily to one Director, while also offering lighter support to 3 other Directors as needed. You will also be responsible for diary coordination and general assistance for the Deputy Secretary. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail will be critical to keeping our leaders focused and on track.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactive diary and email management
- Coordination of meetings and travel arrangements
- Preparation of meeting materials and collating relevant documentation to ensure the Director is well equipped for meetings.
- Supporting the recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews, preparing materials, and liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
- Providing administrative support across the leadership team as required
- Acting as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders|
Ō pūkenga/Skills and Experience
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in providing executive level support in a fast-paced setting, including to executives working remotely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Confident using Microsoft Office and modern workplace tools

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The salary range for this role is between $66,066 and $90,008, with the likely appointing salary between $66,066 and $84,567, based on skills and experience.
