As Food & Beverage Master, you will be the face of our TRIBE revolution: a blend of elegance, innovation, and passion. With your charismatic leadership & attitude you will inspire your teams to craft magical moments and create unforgettable memories. Comfortable in English, you master the art of turning opportunities into triumphs while elevating the TRIBE lifestyle to new heights.
As a Food & Beverage Master, your mantra is clear: cultivate an authentic TRIBE vibe.
Your Key missions:
- Daily operations management : Oversee hotel operations, ensuring efficient processes and quality control.
- Strategic F&B management : Develop strategies to enhance culinary & service experience and profitability.
- Staff supervision: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Cost control and budget management: Effectively manage budgets and optimize operational costs.
- Customer relationship development: Foster close customer relationships and gather feedback.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: Ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Promote and ensure strong communication of ALL (Accor Live Limitless)
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Strong representativeness
- Restaurateur at heart
- Quality-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in a Hospitality Management related field, or, 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Good level of English and passion for building a rapport with our guests
- Current LCQ certificate, First Aid Certified and Managers Certificate for Alcohol Licensing
- Hold a Valid Visa
- Be flexible - this role includes a variety of shifts, including late nights, public holidays and weekends
