About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

As Fraud Intervention Lead, you’ll guide a team focused on responding to fraud and abuse affecting the Scheme. You’ll ensure timely, targeted interventions that protect the Scheme’s integrity and sustainability, while supporting better rehabilitation outcomes for clients.

You’ll bring leadership experience and expertise in interventions, investigations, and case management - helping your team take a consistent, evidence based approach. You’ll also work across ACC and with external partners to identify emerging risks, promote best practice, and strengthen the impact of fraud related responses.

This role will contribute to identifying new areas of concern and shaping strategic responses that uphold ACC’s commitment to integrity and trust.

There are two roles available, and they can be based in any ACC office location across New Zealand.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $106,351 and $131,077 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. ACC offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an advantageous superannuation scheme with features like 0% contribution required by you, optional life and income protection insurance, and the flexibility to change to a locked plan at any time, ensuring your financial security now and in retirement.
