Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Ballantynes Hospitality team in the role of Tea Rooms Supervisor.
Working with the Hospitality Manager ,you will provide leadership and support to the FOH team creating an environment offering expectational customer service, food and beverage services skills, quality and presentation whilst meeting financial targets and proactively seeking further avenues for growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage operations
- Team development and training
- Stock control, purchasing
- Pivotal role in the growth and strategic planning of our iconic cafe
- Strong communication skills and ability to problem solve with confidence and diplomacy
Qualifications
Duty Managers Certificate
Additional Information
You will have proven experience in a managerial role, minimum of one year.
This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.
