About the role
As our General Manager Transformation, you’ll lead enterprise-wide initiatives that enable our co-op to deliver on its long-term vision and strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll shape and execute a transformation roadmap that aligns with our strategic priorities and delivers measurable value. You’ll work across all areas of the business to embed new ways of working, strengthen delivery, and build the capability needed to lead and sustain change.


Key accountabilities include:
•    Designing and delivering a transformation strategy that supports growth, resilience, and long-term performance
•    Leading a portfolio of transformation programmes that integrate technology, infrastructure, and business change
•    Embedding governance frameworks, performance tracking, and data-led decision-making across transformation efforts
•    Driving alignment across business units to ensure transformation initiatives are integrated, prioritised, and value-focused
•    Ensuring transformation programmes deliver commercial value, including return on investment, long-term sustainability, and alignment with financial governance frameworks

 

About you:
You’ll bring experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation programmes that deliver measurable impact; enhancing how teams operate, how change is delivered, and how value is realised. You’ll know how to align transformation with business priorities and lead through change with clarity and confidence. You’ll also bring:


•    A people-first leadership style that builds high-performing, engaged teams
•    Proven success delivering transformation across operations, infrastructure, and digital platforms
•    Strong programme leadership skills, with the ability to manage risk, track benefits, and drive delivery
•    Executive-level experience influencing across senior stakeholders, governance forums, and vendor partnerships
•    Deep experience embedding transformation capability and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement
