About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga
This is a fixed term opportunity for 6 months.
As a Senior Remuneration Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of our remuneration and performance frameworks. You’ll provide expert analysis, insights, and operational support to ensure our remuneration practices are fair, transparent, and aligned with organisational goals and public sector principles.
In this role you’ll:
- Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking to support remuneration decisions.
- Analyse complex data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Support the implementation of remuneration and performance frameworks.
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in remuneration practices.
Salary range: $99,496 – $120,690 per annum + 3% kiwi saver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

To be successful in this fixed term role, you will have:
- Proven experience in remuneration, job evaluation, or a related HR discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and employment agreements.
- A collaborative and solution-focused mindset.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- A passion for making a real difference for people and organisations
- The ability and willingness to adhere to the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct.
