Mons Royale is looking for a Head of Product Management to join us for a 12-month maternity cover. Working closely with the Product Director, you’ll play a key role in executing our global product strategy delivering world class products that grow the brand and exceed rider expectations.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with the Product Director to execute the global product strategy across all categories.
- Use consumer insights and market data to shape product direction and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with design to ensure the brand vision is delivered in every collection.
- Deliver seasonal product plans and drop calendars that align with marketing campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems to support smooth product life cycle management.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and supply chain to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
- Own pricing architecture and margin goals, ensuring sales, inventory and profitability targets are met.
