About Us
As a subsidiary of Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu, Te Tauraki has a number of functions. Currently it operates both as an Iwi-Māori Partnership Board and a new commissioning agency for Whānau Ora services within Te Waipounamu. Both functions focus on achieving better hauora (health) and oranga (wellbeing) outcomes for whānau Māori.

About You
The Head of Data, Insights and Impact is a pivotal leadership position responsible for ensuring that robust, reliable, and timely data and evaluation insights underpin the organisation's strategy, commissioning, and operational decision-making.
This role provides strategic and operational leadership to a high-performing team that delivers comprehensive insights, impact evaluation, and data solutions in support of the purpose of Te Tauraki. Reporting directly to the Kaihautū Tuarua, the Head of Data, Insights and Impact will work closely with senior leaders and commissioning teams to ensure that data drives meaningful outcomes.
