Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Coordinating international shipments (Cross-trades),

•  Managing bookings with origin, documentation, and customs requirements,

•  Providing proactive customer updates and resolving service issues,

•  Liaising overseas agents, and internal departments,

•  Supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will be experienced and competent in:

•  Freight forwarding or logistics (sea freight/airfreight)

•  Systems (freight & procurement)

•  Customer service and problem solving

•  Collaboration and communication
