As our Manager Health, Safety & Wellbeing, you'll be one of four regional leaders reporting directly to the Director Business Partnering - Health, Safety & Wellbeing. In this pivotal role, you'll partner with leadership teams across all our business units to drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and wellbeing culture, systems, and performance. You'll lead a small, dedicated team of business partnering professionals, coordinating their efforts to deliver strategic, high-impact initiatives.

Your ability to lead, build effective relationships, and influence upwards will be crucial. Our Health, Safety & Wellbeing Managers are expected to provide strategic and analytical advice to senior leaders and support the effective delivery of strategic programmes to improve health, safety and wellbeing outcomes at a regional level.

Nga painga | The benefits

The midpoint of the salary range is $141,651 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $120,404 - $169,982 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
