Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and develop the EasiYo brand with global responsibility across Retail and Foodservice and through multiple channels.
- Rare opportunity for a NZ based Global Marketing Manager role, owning all elements from strategy to execution of all marketing initiatives.
- Build a deep understanding of our consumer and translate needs into actionable insights.
- Generate awareness and passion for EasiYo products through effective communication.
- Identify opportunities for new products and manage innovation projects from ideation to launch.
- Enhance and expand e-commerce sites to grow sales.
- Build on current digital marketing strategy and increase digital presence.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure optimal delivery of marketing activity.
- Conduct monthly sales and volume forecasting for owned customers.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a Senior Brand or Marketing Manager within the FMCG sector.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience with A&P budgets and P&L modelling.
- Social media and digital marketing expertise.
- Understanding of customer and consumer dynamics.
- Project management and stage gate product development experience.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Analytics ideally.
- Sales/Key Account Management experience preferable.
