Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi is a vibrant and exciting tertiary education institution which offers a range of programmes from certificates to doctorates across a range of disciplines.
We are seeking a team player who is looking for an entry level administration position in our Operations Department. In this role the successful candidate will provide Operations administration support including administering onsite accommodation bookings, pool vehicle bookings, provisioning, procurement, invoicing, and general office administration that supports the Operations Manager and the wider Operations team.
Our successful applicant will have:
- A relevant business, administration, or computer related level 2 certificate qualification.
- At minimum of 1 – 2 years administration experience in a customer service role.
- Experience using the Microsoft suite of products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Knowledge of tikanga Māori and the ability to kōrero Te Reo Māori to at least a basic level, and/or a willingness to improve Te Reo Māori skills beyond basic.
