About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
As a Payments Assessor, you will be calculating and paying weekly compensation to our clients recovering from injuries.
Part of your role will involve some difficult conversations with our clients in relation to over-payments. While we train you on how to handle these calls and our leaders will support you where possible, it is important that you are comfortable having these types of conversations.
This is a fast-paced role where there will be opportunities for you to continually grow and develop your skills as a Payments Assessor, increasing your expertise across several Payments tasks and learning more complex work types.
We have permanent roles available in Dunedin, Timaru, Hamilton and Newmarket.
This role has a set start date of 20 October 2025.

- Once you are fully trained in the role (at least 6 months), and in agreement with your leader, there is the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days per week (we provide you with a laptop, headset, monitor, cables, mouse, and a keyboard to support this)

You don’t need to have previous experience in Payments to join the team! Our team come from a range of backgrounds – hospitality, administration, customer service, payroll – you name it!
