The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a sharp-eyed, proactive Payroll Administrator to join our awesome Finance team. If you thrive on precision, love ticking off tasks with accuracy, and enjoy making complex processes run like clockwork - this could be your perfect fit.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls across our New Zealand and Australian teams. You’ll handle everything from payroll adjustments to tax and super contributions, all while keeping employee records in tip-top shape.

You’ll work closely with our Payroll Manager and collaborate with our People and Finance teams to make sure our payroll processes are not just compliant but aligned with our values and ways of working. The Fit

You’ll bring at least 5 years of payroll experience in a medium to large organisation, with strong knowledge of NZ payroll legislation and ideally some exposure to Australian payroll. You’ll also have:

  • A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or HR
  • Digitally competent, demonstrating strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and have hands-on experience with payroll systems to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing. Knowledge of PayGlobal will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • Experience with SAP, HiBob (HRIS) is a plus
