We are seeking a forward-thinking People Analytics System Manager to drive excellence across our HR systems, data analytics, reporting and frontline people support team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Talent and Capability, this strategic yet hands-on role will lead a small team and optimise platforms to successfully deliver actionable workflows and opportunities for efficiency. The position will champion Power BI to create People Dashboard for core people data reporting and will take the lead on People AI Projects.
Key success factors will include:
- Develop and implement a roadmap for systems, data, and support improvements aligned with the People Plan.
- Oversee People platforms (UKG Kronos, Cornerstone, CultureAmp, Snaphire), ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and user adoption
- Build and maintain a people metrics dashboard and PowerBI reports that inform strategic decisions.
- Lead the People Support team to deliver responsive, high-quality support and streamline employment lifecycle processes
- Implement AI-driven tools and self-service solutions to improve efficiency and empower leaders
About You
With a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, you will come from a Business Analyst or HRIS Manager background within a large organisation. You are now looking for a career pathway and excited about what you can offer, learn and train. You are solutions focused, with a strong interest/passion and curiosity for AI development and would like to champion the team to leading edge use of AI.
