About the Role:
Entelar Group is looking for a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to join the Enterprise Optimisation team. This role is focused on designing and delivering scalable, efficient solutions using Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate. You will work with stakeholders across the business to turn data and business needs into actionable insights, apps and automated processes. This is a highly technical role that also requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to simplify complexity.
Day to day you will:
- Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build Power Apps to streamline processes and enhance user experience
- Create and optimise Power Automate flows to reduce manual tasks
- Integrate data from Snowflake, SharePoint, Salesforce, Excel and other key systems
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver digital solutions
- Ensure the accuracy, performance and usability of reports and apps
- Document solutions and provide support and training to users
- Stay up to date with Power Platform enhancements and contribute new ideas
What experience you will bring:
You have a solid foundation in the Power Platform and enjoy delivering data-driven and process improvement solutions that have real business impact. You take pride in clean design, robust data handling and working with people across the organisation.
- Strong experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query and data modelling
- Proficiency in Power Apps, particularly Canvas apps integrated with SharePoint
- Experience creating and managing flows in Power Automate
- Familiarity with Snowflake, SQL, Excel, Salesforce and SharePoint data sources
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge
