We’re now seeking an experienced Practice Lead - Delivery to join us in this unique opportunity to lead a high-impact practice that’s not just delivering projects but transforming how AA works.
What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
As Practice Lead – Delivery, you’ll be at the heart of AA’s strategic shift to a value stream-based delivery model, guiding a team of project managers and delivery leads to bring our strategy to life. You’ll shape and scale our delivery capability, embed agile best practices, and coach high-performing teams to deliver continuous customer value. Working closely with Transformation, Technology, and Value Stream Leads, you’ll optimise delivery cadence, drive cross-skilling and continuous improvement, and ensure governance and alignment with strategic goals. This role is a strategic catalyst for change—empowering teams, reducing duplication, and unlocking value sooner to help build a future-ready, resilient organisation.
About You | Mōu
You bring proven experience in coaching delivery teams and senior leaders, with deep expertise in agile and hybrid delivery methodologies. You have a strategic mindset and know how to influence across functions, paired with a passion for building high-performing, self-organising teams. Your background includes working in digital transformation, platform delivery, or enterprise systems, and you’re driven by the opportunity to shape how delivery happens in a dynamic, future-focused organisation.
