- Lead and motivate cross-functional squads to deliver on key organisational outcomes.
- Build and maintain product strategies and roadmaps that maximise customer and business value.
- Translate business needs and customer insights into clear, actionable backlog items and priorities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to align customer needs and business goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform direction and ensure competitive positioning.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in product ownership, product development, or delivering strategic/complex initiatives.
- Strong background in leading cross-functional teams in an agile/iterative delivery environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
- A blend of technical insight, customer-centricity, and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into actionable insights.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in dynamic and evolving environments.
