About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and capable Programme Administrator to support the smooth delivery of our workplace and community learning programmes. This is a varied role involving everything from enrolments, programme logistics, IT support and learner reporting to event coordination and office administration.
You’ll be the glue between trainers, learners, and internal teams—ensuring compliance, quality, and service excellence are maintained across our education programmes.
Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-day programme administration: enrolments, LNAAT, learner reporting, and graduation coordination
• Support Programme Managers and Trainers with data, resources, and learner tracking
• Manage programme documentation, digital devices, and SharePoint filing
• Respond to learner and tutor queries with exceptional customer service
• Office coordination: supplies, couriering, cleanliness, visitor reception and IT support
• Coordinate events, meetings, travel, birthdays, and social media contributions
What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years proven experience in office or education administration
• Strong Microsoft Office skills at an advanced level (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Confidence with IT systems and troubleshooting basics
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise and take initiative
• Understanding of TEO compliance, NZQA or TEC processes is a bonus
