This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration range for this role is $86,230 to $121,736 p.a. (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
In this dynamic position within the Programme Office you will support the Capital Delivery programme by analysing and planning the programme, ensuring best practices, risk management and quality reporting are applied across the full lifecycle for all project and programme management activities, ensuring they are done so to a consistently high standard.
It's an exciting role as you'll also help provide insights, drive and implement improvements alongside providing services and support for the Capital Delivery group to successfully deliver on their plan.
The role will also see you:
- providing financial management support, including forecasting analysis and variance reporting
- monitoring and analysing reports and metrics to support effective programme management
- working with programme leads and directors to ensure risks are identified, monitored and escalating through the programme
- driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains
- monitoring program KPIs, preparing regular reports, and delivering insights on progress, risks, and achievements.
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring the following:
- Four years' experience working in a Programme or similar function in an analyst or advisor capacity
- Experience in technical writing
- Sound relationship management skills
- Risk analysis and business reporting
- A qualification or demonstrable knowledge of programme, portfolio and project management frameworks and approaches such as 3PO or MSP ideal
