The opportunity
Are you a detail-driven administrator with a passion for keeping projects running smoothly? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your organisational skills and initiative truly make a difference?
We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Administrator to become a vital part of our Canterbury team. You will bring experience from the construction industry, but above all, you will be a proactive, reliable team player who's ready to support our Project and Site Managers with precision and professionalism.
What you'll be doing
This is a diverse and hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You'll be responsible for the following:
- Managing and maintaining project documentation systems
- Keeping plans and records up to date across all project phases
- Tracking and monitoring key documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our projects on track
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need the following:
- Proven experience in project administration, within construction
- Impeccable attention to detail and time management
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently
- A confident, professional, and personable approach
Tech skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Procore
- Experience with document control and management systems is essential
