Kiwibank is on a mission to help more Kiwi achieve their Home Lending goals. We are growing our Adviser Partnership team who are responsible for delivering great experience to our mortgage adviser network. We’re looking for people who are passionate about Aotearoa and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ready to challenge the status quo to join our team.
This role requires robust Home Lending credit knowledge with a focus on developing good working relationships with independent mortgage advisers. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team but working autonomously on requests arising from all over New Zealand. In a nutshell, you'll be:
- Working closely with our mortgage adviser partners, you'll structure marginal credit applications into acceptable lending propositions.
- You'll provide consultative support and guidance to our mortgage adviser partners on credit opportunities/applications and to proactively manage expectations.
- Just as importantly, you'll build professional relationships with our mortgage adviser partners, providing a great level of service, and to promote a regular flow of quality lending to Kiwibank.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:
- Current residential home lending experience and have a designated lending authority.
- In terms of background, you might have experience as an MMM, Banking Specialist, Bank Manager or Mortgage Advisor etc.
- Proven ability at building strong and enduring business relationships.
- Can handle pressure with grace and you have quick and accurate processing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
