Based in Auckland and r eporting to the Dealership Manager, you'll be the face of BMW Motorrad , bringing our machines to life for passionate riders, adventurers, and newcomers alike.

Create fun, personalised, and memorable journeys for every customer
Bring the BMW Motorrad experience to life during thrilling test rides
Share your expert knowledge on motorcycles, accessories, apparel & more
Keep in touch with customers, building loyalty and genuine connections
Represent the brand at national and international events & shows
Team up with other legends in the business to deliver world-class service
Keep the showroom looking sharp and bikes sparkling clean and ready to roll
What You Bring to the Road
Big personality and a bigger drive. You’re motivated, people-focused, and ready to impress
A love for bikes and sharing that passion with others
Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive is a big plus!)
Clear communication skills and the ability to connect with all types of riders
A clean driver’s license and solid driving history
A full Motorcycle driver’s l icense
Weekend & evening flexibility – the ride doesn’t stop at 5pm!
