The purpose of this role is You need to lead, monitor, and analyse
the daily operations of the salon establishment. You will be
responsible for sustaining a healthy, positive team environment,
and ensuring that service operations are delivered smoothly

Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee scheduling to ensure there are enough
service providers to meet customer demand.
  • Encourage customer retention and increase repeat visits of
the customers.
  • Fully understand the price and design specials for all
products and treatments.
  • New recruitment and training staff members and delegating
tasks and duties to them.
  • Promote and market the business to the potential clients and
grab the opportunity of upselling at every stage
  • Understand customer needs and set price to retain profit
  • Responsible for inventory management and placing orders
with suppliers.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for beauty and hair products
  • Introduce seasonal packages with different combinations of
the products.
  • Resolving health and safety issues and Ensure the staff are
well informed of the work schedule and maintain customer
care and service standards.
  • Control expenses by generating financial reports and
undertake budgeting
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending
educational workshops.
  • Set prices of the products and services to gain profit at
competitive advantage and Responsible for financial
reconciliation
  • Promote services and products through different mediums of
marketing.
  • Formulate purchasing policy without hindrance to quality of
the products at profit margins

What we are looking for:
Qualifications • Certificate of Business Management and relevant salon
manager experience as stated below
Experience • At least 3 years of salon Manager experience
Skills & competencies • Customer service focused: committed to providing
exceptional customer service across all channels – written,
phone and face to face.
  • Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and
concisely, varying communication style depending upon the
audience.
  • Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written
skills when communicating with others, both internally and
externally.
  • Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical,
commercial manner.
  • Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as
required and get on with team members.
  • Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives
effectively within time frame given
