Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture for Freightways, you will join an energetic, sociable and light-hearted team.
The Role
In the role of SAP & Success Factors Specialist, you will take ownership of our Group HR Management System – supporting, improving, and driving adoption across the business. You will play a hands-on role in optimising workflows, enhancing user experience, and ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
The core duties of this role include the administration and improvement of the Group HR Platform, Ticket Resolutions and closures, the management of user access, system permissions and data integrity, supporting HR transactions and data uploads as well as the identification and implementation of system or process improvements.
Additionally, you will provide training and support to users across the business and be a champion for platform innovation and change. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and our wider People & Culture teams across the Freightways Group. You will have full ownership of the products and relationships in this role.
The SAP & Success Factors Specialist is based full-time at our Head Office located in Penrose, Auckland.

Ideally, you will bring the following:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the SAP and/or Success Factors environment
- Confident in navigating different modules within the HR management system
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills
- Excellent communication and proven stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to train, coach and support users across all levels of the business
- Great time management and attention to detail
- A proactive, collaborative and improvement-focused mindset
