We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Change Effectiveness, to lead our initiatives in optimising change delivery practices and driving impactful change across our Personal Banking division.
Te tūranga | The role:
As the Senior Manager, Change Effectiveness, you will be at the forefront of advising on change approaches to achieve desired outcomes for frontline staff and customers. You will develop and execute strategies, plans and excellence in the delivery of initiatives that enhance the change experience for our frontline distribution channels. Collaborating closely with the Head of Distribution Experience and the Planning & Engagement Lead, you will ensure the seamless delivery of initiatives that yield positive employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes. Your expertise in enterprise change management will be critical as you create clear and transparent processes for effective initiative delivery, utilising proven methodologies to assess the impact of initiatives on staff capability and productivity.
In this pivotal role, you will provide continuous reporting to key stakeholders, including Distribution General Managers, highlighting planned initiatives, expected impacts, and any areas of concern. You will champion robust change management practices to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes and benefits, monitoring implementation effectiveness with a strong focus on eNPS, NPS, and productivity metrics. By fostering a culture of learning through insights gathered from stakeholders, you will enhance delivery practices and advise on best practices across the organisation.
Your efforts will support Personal Banking strategies by ensuring the embedding of change across our frontline distribution channels, in alignment with ASB's organisational change management approach and delivery frameworks. You will play a crucial role in influencing stakeholders to champion effective change without compromising employee and customer experiences. Additionally, your commitment to continuous improvement will contribute to a highly engaged team culture within Business Transformation & Customer Engagement.

- Strong experience in change management within large organisations and proven success in embedding improvements
- Skilled in process improvement and optimisation
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities to enable building of enduring relationships at senior level
- Outcome focused with a demonstrated history of delivering results
- Ideally you will have substantial financial services experiences and a sound understanding of how our Personal Banking Frontline teams operate
