We’re now seeking an experienced and strategic Change Manager to support the AA’s multi-year transformation journey.
What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
Embedded within the People and Transformation team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring strategic change initiatives are successfully delivered and embedded across the organisation. Acting as a key link between project teams and operational business units, you’ll ensure alignment between business needs and project delivery, facilitating readiness, adoption, and sustained benefits.
This role leads the development and execution of change strategies, stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and transition planning. It integrates change management activities into project plans, monitors progress against success metrics, and supports enterprise-level reporting. You’ll also contribute to building internal change capability, coaching leaders and stakeholders, and advocating for best practice in change management across the AA.
About You | Mōu
You bring strong experience in leading change across complex environments, with a deep understanding of change management principles and how to apply them effectively. You’re strategic, adaptable, and results-focused, able to manage multiple priorities and guide stakeholders through change. With excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you influence at all levels and help build internal capability. Your background includes commercial experience, relevant qualifications, and ideally certification in change management.
