About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an organised and proactive Stock Manager to join our team at our Manawa Bay store. In this stock-focused role, you’ll manage all back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow and supporting your team where needed. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage high-volume stock deliveries and inventory processes
- Oversee back-of-house operations to ensure seamless stock flow
- Prioritise and complete stock-related tasks within strict timeframes
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all inventory tasks
- Collaborate with the store team to support overall operations
- Engage with customers when required, delivering excellent service
- Respond positively to feedback and adapt in a dynamic retail setting
- Previous experience managing high-volume stock deliveries and inventory
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Extreme attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
