We are seeking a reliable, hardworking store person for our store.
Job Title: Store Person (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and provide courteous service.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock for damage or discrepancies against invoices.
- Unload deliveries, unpack goods, and organize stock in storage areas.
- Use the POS system to update stock levels and process transactions as needed.
- Label incoming stock clearly and arrange products on shelves as directed.
- Pack and seal goods for storage or customer orders.
- Support the store manager in regular stocktakes and report any inconsistencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store and stockroom.
- Ensure stock is rotated appropriately and shelves remain well-stocked and presentable.
- Follow all safety protocols.
Key Requirements:
- At least an NZ Register Level 1 qualification, or equivalent OR a secondary education (either one)
- Ability to lift and move stock safely; good physical fitness is essential.
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions accurately.
- Attention to detail in checking deliveries and managing stock.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Able to work independently and support team members when needed.

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
