Job Description
Leverage your expertise in supply chain management, and join our team based in Te Rapa, Hamilton. Play a pivotal role in inventory management, dispatch, purchasing, and deliver top-notch customer service.
This is a 10 month fixed term contract to cover for parental leave, and ideally commencing in late July or early August 2025. Full-time role (40 hours per week) - 8 hours per day between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent quality and professional phone and email based customer service.
- Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including accurate data management in Excel.
- Effectively managing stock and equipment.
- Inventory management, encompassing receiving, storing, tracking, stocktakes, and discrepancy resolution.
- Deliver process optimisation
Key Requirements:
We're seeking candidates who embody the following qualities:
- Has prior experience or a relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Inventory, or Purchasing.
- A positive attitude and embraces problem solving.
- High attention to detail and a knack for accurate data entry.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook for essential administrative tasks is a must.
- Able to do manual lifting of inventory items, some of which may weigh up to 15kg.
