The Opportunity

We are a high-growth startup, and we’re scaling fast – so we need someone who can help us do it without losing what makes our culture special.
As our Talent Scaling Lead, you won’t be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll be embedded in the heart of our startup, partnering with leaders across regions to shape how we hire, onboard, and grow. You’ll lead recruitment for critical and senior roles, tell our story to the world, and make sure every new joiner lands well and ramps up fast.

This is a hands-on role with global reach. You’ll flex your hours to connect with talent across time zones, streamline hiring processes, and build experiences that make people feel welcome, connected, and ready to contribute.

What You’ll Do

  • Own recruitment for senior, critical, and hard-to-fill roles - including proactive search and outreach
  • Partner with eShepherd leaders and our global People team to forecast workforce needs and set hiring priorities
  • Shape our employer brand and tell our story to attract top talent
  • Design and deliver onboarding journeys that accelerate belonging and contribution
  • Collaborate with central People services to keep processes smooth and scalable
  • Drive improvements that reduce time to hire and time to proficiency across regions

What You'll Bring

Proven experience managing recruitment, including direct sourcing

  • Success helping teams scale in startup or high-growth environments
  • Creativity in employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Experience designing onboarding or people experiences that make a difference
  • Confidence working hands-on in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous settings
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones
