We're looking for a Technical Lead who thrives at the intersection of design, delivery, and operations—someone who can drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and mentor the next generation of engineers.
In this senior role, you'll be responsible for delivering robust, scalable, and high-quality technical solutions that meet architectural, security, and operational standards. You'll lead detailed design efforts, oversee as-built documentation, and champion quality assurance across the solution lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, supportable, and standards-compliant technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and delivery squads to align on enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis and drive sustainable fixes across systems and teams.
- Mentor engineers, uplift technical capability, and promote a collaborative engineering culture.
- Ensure operational readiness through accurate documentation and proactive quality assurance.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in technical delivery, systems design, or infrastructure/application engineering.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, automation, networking, or software stacks.
