Purpose of Role: To complete outbound telephone marketing and survey calls, from home, on behalf of clients and using clients’ databases, as per specific ‘project job training’ provided by Wordcom.
At all times maintaining a high level of professionalism, remembering you are representing the client of Wordcom (for which the calls are being completed).
Key Responsibilities:
· Professional outbound calling.
· Data usage and updating.
· Correct and accurate record keeping.
· Process following as per client’s Customer Relationship System/s and/or briefing.
· Other requirements as defined in project briefs.
· Keep confidential at all time details of Wordcom and its clients (including the business of both parties) the personal details of the latter’s customers.
Working Hours: Working hours are mutually negotiated between Wordcom and the individual Telemarketer, taking into consideration the preferences of all parties and the needs of a client’s project.
* Some weeks will be busy and others will have low or no hours.
* We typically close down from early December through January each year (no calling work).
As an unsupervised work-at-home opportunity, only applicants with proven experience and impeccable references will be considered for this role.
* Work balance historically shown to suit retired/semi-retired, students, rural living and similar applicants (NZ residents only) with good work experience.
