Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs Australia is a growing Health and Lifestyle business with operations in Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra, Perth and Auckland.


Our iconic Auckland Domain Club is currently seeking a Tennis Coordinator to join the Team @ Next Gen.


About the Role


Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage and supervise your reports with the support of the local management team.


Key Responsibilities:

In conjunction with the Tennis stakeholders, you will coordinate and support the Tennis programs and relationships to ensure that tennis offering for Next Gen is focus on member retention and is profitable.

  • Coordinate School Groups usage and activities;
  • Coordinate Corporate Groups usage and activities; and
  • Coordinate with Tennis Auckland regarding all of the group booking usage and activities
  • Kid's Programs
  • Full Court Group Coaching
  • Tennis Workout – Members
  • Private one on one coaching
  • Academy Coaching
  • Tennis Camps
  • Tennis with a twist – Teenagers
  • Promotion – Investigate and assist with implementation of all appropriate avenues of promotion/advertising etc
  • Build a greater spirit of cooperation and a heightened sense of involvement in all aspects of the “Tennis Program”

About You


You're passionate about all things Tennis and understand the commercial elements of running a successful business. You pride yourself on achieving excellence and to running a department to maintain high standards and in accordance with allocated budgets. You are enthusiastic and positive and a real Team Player but enjoy the variety of being autonomous and doing what you to meet Goals and KPIs.
