We're recruiting on behalf of one of New Zealand’s premier private hospitals, renowned for its excellence in orthopaedic, spinal, cardiac, and minimally invasive surgery.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional perioperative care in spinal and orthopaedic surgery
• Work closely with leading robotic surgical teams and specialists
• Manage instruments and equipment across a range of surgical specialties
• Contribute to surgical planning and smooth theatre turnover
• Uphold best practice in patient safety and infection control
• Support quality improvement projects and mentor junior staff
• Assist in procedures across orthopaedics, cardiac, and complex surgeries

What You’ll Need

• NZ Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Orthopaedic or Spinal theatre nursing
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-tech surgical environment
• Excellent communication, organisation, and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care
