If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for great customer experience, we have an awesome opportunity for you! Join the BNZ team as our UX Content Coordinator and work alongside a team of content experts who design content for BNZ's digital channels.
We work flexibly, and enjoy an amazing six weeks' annual leave. We sat down with our UX Content Manager (who you'd report to), and they let us know the following about the role.
What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
Writing, editing, and publishing content on the BNZ website.
Looking at website analytics to help make decisions around content.
Project and planning meetings with stakeholders and team members.
Working alongside UX Content Designers on larger projects, like content optimisations.
Peer reviewing content and sharing a good laugh, either in GIFs or in person.
What's the team culture and environment like?
The two most important ingredients are fun and passion – we’re a tight-knit crew who love the work we do. We enjoy each other's company, and share lots of coffees, laughs, and Wordles.
What will success look like for the candidate in this role?
You have a passion for creating user-focused website content with readability, accessibility, and SEO in mind. You're a self-starter who enjoys being busy, looks for learning opportunities, and has excellent attention to detail.
