About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable all-rounder to join our Napier team in a full-time, permanent role that combines warehouse operations with customer service support. If you like variety, take pride in accuracy, and enjoy working in a team, this could be for you. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (40 hrs/wk).
What you’ll do:
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders
- Process internal sales orders and answer stock/pricing enquiries
- Receive and check incoming stock
- Maintain inventory accuracy (stocktakes, cycle counts)
- Operate forklifts (training provided)
Requirements
- Full Class 1 driver licence – required
- Forklift licence – an advantage
- Proven experience in warehousing, dispatch, or inventory control
- Solid computer skills (ERP systems, Outlook, Excel)
- Physically fit, accurate, and reliable
- Positive attitude with a strong team focus
