We are looking for an experienced and driven manager who is ready to take ownership and elevate performance in our night shift operations at our Wiri distribution centre.
This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective DC processes, including inbound logistics, inventory management, picking, dispatching, and staff supervision.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure all health & safety standards are met
- Monitor and manage daily KPIs to achieve operational targets and drive performance
- Prepare and present reports on efficiency, inventory accuracy, and fulfilment performance
- Drive productivity and quality improvements across all distribution center functions
- Supervise and train DC staff, hire staff and also conduct performance evaluations & coaching
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in the 3PL industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a “can-do” mindset
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
