Amplifon New Zealand is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator based at our Support Office in Takapuna.

About the role:

The Accounts Receivable Administrator is to deliver effective, timely and accurate information and reconciliations to the Account Services Manager, Finance Manager and Finance Director. To actively participate in the Finance Team's objectives and support the Company's overall business strategy and directions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform daily reconciliation of private bank account
  • Perform weekly reconciliation of funder bank account
  • Assist and resolve any cash up queries received from the clinics
  • Accurate and timely management and processing receipting of direct credit payments
  • Be able to support on customer refund and aged debtor recovery when and required
  • Accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual tasks

  • Sense of judgement and decision making ability
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good time management
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Focus on continuous quality improvement

Education and experience required:
  • Demonstrated accounting technical experience
  • General knowledge of General Accounting and Accounts Receivable
  • Strong Excel skills
  • JD Edwards/Oracle experience preferred.
  • Notwithstanding the above, all activities must meet the delegated authorities specified by Amplifon.
