About the role | Mō te tūnga:

 

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to deliver quality, comprehensive administration services that enable managers and colleagues to fulfil their roles with increased efficiency and effectiveness. 


As an Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of site operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating meetings and managing supplies to supporting recruitment and maintaining accurate records, your work will directly contribute to a safe, efficient, and client-focused environment. 


You’ll engage with a wide range of stakeholders and play a key role in enabling our teams to deliver exceptional service.


Key responsibilities include:

 

 

This role will cover both our New Plymouth and Waitara Offices.
