About the Role
Position: Office Support Administrator
We are seeking an Office Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Executive Assistant, contributing to the smooth operation of the Executive Office. This hands-on role suits someone who is highly organised and brings a strong sense of discretion, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving to their work.
Location: Tauranga Port (Mount Maunganui side)
Status: Permanent part-time, 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Your job duties would be:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Executive Office
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Host and coordinate visitors on site
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the Executive Office is presentable
- Draft correspondence and manage confidential documents
- Assist with project coordination and reporting
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholder
You will also need to:
- Experience in an administrative or support role desired but not essential
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
