Contract Support Administrator
Location: Stratford, NZ
Reports to: Contract Administration Manager

The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Support Administrator to join our dynamic administration team based in Stratford. This role plays a vital part in the successful delivery of services across our Energy & Utilities operations by ensuring high standards of administration and customer support.
Reporting to the Contract Administration Manager, you’ll work alongside a committed team to support key operational and financial processes. This position is critical in ensuring we meet and exceed the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
As part of a major contract supporting essential utility infrastructure, your work will directly contribute to the success of projects that benefit local communities.
What you’ll do
- Process creditor and debtor invoices, purchase orders, and daily job records for payroll
- Enter and maintain accurate plant usage and pre-start checks
- Provide high-quality admin support to field and office staff, including training coordination and PPE/uniform management
- Maintain filing systems, coordinate mail and courier services, and manage stationery/office supplies
- Ensure compliance with Zero Harm protocols for site visitors and contribute to a strong safety culture

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in administration with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, confident communication style with a customer service mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Maximo, SharePoint, and JD Edwards is a plus
- A current driver’s licence is desirable but not essential
